I've had my braces on for slightly under 3 years and have recently (and finally) taken them off. Here's a quick video on how my braces journey went, and about the retainers which I am now wearing (which is torturing me). My teeth were very possibly one of the messiest sets I've ever seen and I was really glad it took less than the 3 years my orthodontist initially estimated it for. If possible, I will be doing a follow up video regarding my retainers and post-braces.
